From your initial concept through to completion Cowan Built will guide you and personalise each process seamlessley.

Step 1: Initial enquiry and concept

Reach out to us with your plans and vision for your new dream home through our briefing form. No plans? No worries, we can help you with the next steps and engage an architect.

Step 2: Face-to-face meeting

We set up a time to meet face-to-face and go through your project and site to give us a complete understanding of your build.

Step 3: Complete quote

After our initial meet up, we will then provide you a complete itemised quote based on everything the plan entails and any pertinent information discussed.

Once this quote is received we will then discuss costings, builder and customer expectations and adjust items, if needed, to suit budgets. A final updated quote will then be sent.

Step 4: Sign the contract

Once you approve the quote, we finalise your contract. Your contract includes timelines, payments, insurance, and deliverables. As soon as this is signed we are ready to build!

Step 5: Start the build

This is a very exciting step where we get started on building your new home. From surveying the land and laying foundations to landscaping and final walkthroughs, Cowan Built will be committed to creating your masterpiece.

Step 6: Handover and aftercare

We handover the keys to your incredible new home. We love watching the excitement in our clients when their dream has officially became reality. We are available anytime after the build if any issues arise to give you peace of mind.
